RemoteWorks has worked with a large number of mid-range retail
and restaurant organizations to implement an infrastructure for
communicating with back-office PCs. We can analyze the polling
requirements for daily sales data, payroll data, credit/debit
authorization, and other file transfer requirements and make
software and system recommendations accordingly. We work with
two of the industries' most well-known product vendors to create
a reliable and efficient communications backbone to support all
of an organization's transaction requirements.
In addition, RemoteWorks has extensive experience in developing
custom application solutions to enhance off-the-shelf software packages.
We have also developed our own resource scheduling and payroll application.
These applications are designed to reside over the same communications
infrastructure implemented for polling.
